Red Compass Expeditions provides artisanal cultural voyages, bespoke private journeys, and high-level retreat coordination. Our services include end-to-end management of your travel experience, leveraging our network of historians, anthropologists, and luxury accommodation partners to provide an unmatched global heritage narrative.
3. Booking & Payments
To secure an expedition, a non-refundable commitment deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the due date specified in your personalized voyage proposal. Failure to settle balance payments within the agreed timeframe may result in the forfeiture of your booking and deposit.
4. Cancellations & Changes
We understand that life is unpredictable. Cancellation requests must be provided in formal writing. Refunds are issued on a staggered scale based on the timing of the request relative to your departure date. Red Compass Expeditions reserves the right to modify itineraries due to local conditions, safety protocols, or expert availability.
5. Travel Requirements & Responsibilities
It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport, necessary visas, and any required health certifications for all regions visited. Participants are expected to follow local laws and the guidance of our expedition specialists at all times. We highly recommend obtaining premium travel insurance covers.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
Red Compass Expeditions facilitates arrangements with independent logistics and hospitality providers. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or injuries caused by these third-party suppliers. We shall not be held responsible for force majeure events, including weather phenomena, civil unrest, or other unforeseen disruptions.
7. Intellectual Property
The architectural structure of our journeys, including specialized content, imagery, and proprietary itinerary designs, remains the intellectual property of Red Compass Expeditions. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial utilization of our heritage-led narrative is strictly prohibited.
